Wolisso St. Luke Catholic Hospital and College of Nursing, situated in Oromia Region – Ethiopia is owned by Ethiopian Catholic Church, operated with the collaboration of Doctors with Africa-CUAMM, an Italian NGO, and the regional government, with special consideration to the poorest part of population, the staff training and the quality of  the services.

St. Luke Hospital provides a pharmacy, a laboratory, x-ray and ultrasound services, a physiotherapy unit and a nutrition rehabilitation  unit.

 

         The Hospital is organized in:

  • Outpatient Departement

  • Medical Ward with 26 beds

  • Surgical Ward with 22 beds

  • Paedriatic Ward with 26 beds

  • Maternity Ward with 20 beds

  • General Ward with 24 beds

 

 

St. Luke Hospital, moreover, includes a College of Nursing, in which 30 new Nurses graduate annually, at the end of a 3 years training.
